Ir Andrew Wong is a Fellow Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience leading Hong Kong’s most vital infrastructure projects. Before founding JANAS Asia, he led the Hong Kong Hospital Authority’s capital works, including its HK$200 billion Hospital Development Plan, and facility & estate management. His impressive background includes delivering landmark projects such as the Tsing Ma Bridge, Asia World Expo, Venetian Hotel in Macau, and the Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Since establishing the practice, Andrew has overseen diverse high-stakes projects, including major church redevelopments, complex A&A works for children’s charities, and the development of governance frameworks for private healthcare clients. His expertise is also sought at the highest levels of public healthcare; he has provided consultancy and advisory services to the Ministry of Health Holding (MOHH) of Singapore, specifically relating to hospital programme delivery, asset testing, and commissioning and handover procedures. A recognised leader in the field, he also dedicates time to lecturing and knowledge transfer, training the next generation of Project Management and FM professionals.
